Welcome to the short story contest page. We are working to help young writers in the wny/cny area reach their goals and publish their work. write + inspiration is a conference meant to inspire and inform young writers. submit a short story to michaelparzymieso@gmail.com and have it judged by some of the top writers in our region. We have a top prize of 75.00 dollars a second prize of 50.00 dollars and a third prize of 25.00.

all submissions allow students free admission to the conference and bookfair on saturday april 25th, 2026.
